Grown at high altitudes of 1,500-1,900 meters, this coffee is a blend of traditional Caturra and modern Castillo varietals, which thrive in the rich, volcanic soil. Through local cooperatives and initiatives like Red Associations, these small family farms are able to combine their harvests, improve quality control, and gain direct access to the specialty market, ensuring stable and sustainable prices for their incredible work.
