SHIPPING RATES & TIMEFRAMES
Important Notice: The Blind Coffee Roaster remains open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - even during lockdown periods - to ensure you continue receiving freshly roasted coffee anywhere in Australia. All deliveries are handled through trusted carriers, including Australia Post and TNT.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and delivery location. Please note that milk-based or heavier beverage products may incur slightly higher delivery costs due to their weight. These rates are provided directly by our delivery partners and will be shown before you confirm your order.
ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (midday AEST) are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after midday or on weekends and public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
We take great care in packaging and shipping your coffee to ensure it arrives fresh and in perfect condition. However, once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. In such cases, we will gladly assist you in raising a claim or resolving delivery-related issues with the courier service.

We primarily ship via the Australia Post Network. If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact Australia Post directly for tracking or delivery inquiries.
