STORM is more than just a coffee; it’s a journey captured in a cup. This blend was created for true specialty coffee lovers, artfully combining the familiar, sweet notes of Colombian coffee with the exotic, storied character of Indian Monsoon Malabar.

The soul of this blend comes from a process born of the sea voyages of the British Raj. The Indian Malabar beans are left to face the seasonal monsoon rains and winds for three to four months. This unique exposure transforms them, stripping away acidity and infusing them with an unmistakable flavour profile. The beans swell, turn a pale golden colour, and develop the wild, spicy notes that make them famous.

We roast STORM to a Full City style, carefully developing the deep, rich flavours while honouring the unique characteristics of each origin.
